What types of properties do you work on?
Deceased estates, vacant properties and properties that need preparation before they can be listed for sale. We help get them to a point where they can go to market — clearing, cleaning, gardens and electrical compliance.
Do you do full renovations?
No. We focus on getting a property to its best in its current condition — clearouts, gardens, cleaning and electrical compliance. The goal is maximum value uplift for minimum cost and time. We're not doing kitchens, bathrooms or anything structural.
How do you handle deceased estates?
Sensitively and efficiently. The family tells us what they want to keep — we handle everything else. We've worked on many deceased estates and understand the emotional difficulty involved. We work at a pace that suits the family while making sure the property gets to market as quickly as possible.
What electrical compliance do you handle?
Working order checks, smoke alarm compliance, RCD compliance and the electrical certificate required for sale in Western Australia — all handled in-house by our licensed electrician (EC13715). If we find a fault during our checks we tell you straight away so you can decide whether to repair or disclose.
How long does it take?
Depends on the property. A straightforward clearout and garden tidy might take 2-3 days. A large deceased estate that's been full for years could take a week or more. We'll give you a realistic timeline when we assess the property.
How much does it cost?
Every property is different so we don't have fixed prices. We visit the property, assess what's needed and give you a clear quote. The goal is always to spend the minimum amount necessary to get the maximum uplift in sale price.
