What's included in a pre-sale clean?
Our pre-sale clean is a thorough top-to-bottom clean designed to make a property shine in listing photos and at home opens. It covers the full interior, kitchen deep clean including oven, rangehood and inside cupboards, bathroom scrub, skirting boards, light switches, door frames, window sills, tracks, carpet vacuuming, hard floor mopping and cobweb removal throughout.
How is this different from hiring individual trades?
Most homeowners or executors end up finding a cleaner, gardener, rubbish removalist and electrician separately — quoting each, chasing each and managing multiple invoices. We do all of that for you. One assessment, one quote, one team, one invoice. And we handle electrical compliance in-house by our qualified electrician (EC13715).
Do you handle deceased estate properties?
Yes — and it's one of our most important services. We understand that clearing and preparing a deceased estate is emotionally difficult. We work sensitively and efficiently, letting the family decide what to keep while we handle everything else — clearing, pre-sale clean, garden work and all compliance requirements.
What electrical compliance do you handle?
We have a qualified electrician on the team (EC13715) who carries out working order checks, issues electrical certificates required for sale, smoke alarm compliance, RCD compliance and minor electrical repairs. These are legal requirements for property sales in WA — handled in-house on the same job, no extra bookings needed. If we find a fault, we tell you straight away so you can decide whether to repair or disclose.
